20 Steps to Water! Dock, Sunsets, and Hot tub!

This is definitely the place to stay! We have stayed at 20 Steps to Wate, multiple times and we have enjoyed our stay every time! Our Host Rick and Anna are amazing to work with. Very friendly and helpful. Everything is as described. Very Clean. The Beds are very comfortable that is a must for us. The kitchen is large and has just about anything you would need to fix your favorite meals. The dock is a very big plus for us. My husband and I loves to fish. He loves it a little more than I do, because I get to sleep in while he fishes at 6AM. I will join him around 10 or 11 after relaxing and dinking my coffee. You can cook on the grill and hang out back. The sunsets are priceless! I have nothing but great things to say about this home. It is the first place I check when planning a trip to Florida. They offer so much more but we don't canoe and do some of the other things that they offer. They have beach chairs and umbrellas beach towels etc. This make is nice as we don't have to bring or purchase things to enjoy the beach. I say Book your next trip here, you won't be disappointed!!

This was our 2nd stay at Anna’s place and I think we liked it even better than the first time! The space itself is extremely spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen is large and well equipped. The laundry area is right outside your door which is super convenient. My husband utilized the kayak this time around to fish the bay and caught about 20 trout out there. Several keepers! We fished the private dock most days and caught a keeper redfish, snook and more trout. Englewood is a small old Florida town. The locals are friendly and the town is very safe. We will definitely be back!
